I picked this book because the title looked very inspiring and mysterious to me.Because Hope was here could mean a lot of things.The Protagonists is hope she is a 16 year old girl who is being raised by her aunt because her mother left her and never knew or seen her father.She was born 5 pounds 11 ounces,very unhealthy small for a newborn baby.Her mom named her tulip but when she was 12 her aunt let her legally change her name to hope.Her mom is a waitress, that is the only thing hope carries for her mom.Her aunt and her move around a lot because her aunt takes over restaurants for a living. She has been to Atlanta,Flordia,Brooklyn and now currently living in Wisconson.Her aunt takes over a reastraunt named Welcome Stairwells because G.T the owner has lukemia and cant stand by thr grill anymore.He takes a big leap of faith and decides to run for mayor aginast Eli milestone.He is the antagonist.So far the theme is hope and i will rate it a 10 because i would reread this book.
